Hometown: Duluth, MN
Best part of my work: Helping each patient optimize their function so they can resume activities they need and love to do.
Why I became a chiropractor: Through a few running injuries as well as significant low back pain I was treated successfully by a chiropractor when other treatments were not helpful.
How I spend my free time: Hiking, golfing, hunting, cooking, biking and boating at the cabin.
What patients say about me: They appreciated the in-depth examination and explanation of their problem.
Favorite health tip: Eat whole foods, move your body 30 minutes each day and be aware of your posture.
Practice philosophy: Your body has an incredible ability to heal itself and can do this more effectively by eating whole foods, exercising daily, getting adequate sleep, cultivating a positive frame of mind, and maintaining proper posture and joint function.
