Practice philosophy: From professional athletes and exercise enthusiasts to the desk-bound weekend warrior, I strive to help my clients get the most from their bodies and get back to living the active lifestyle they desire.

Why did you become a provider? I wanted to help people achieve higher levels of health and well-being.

What is something you have learned from your patients? I have learned to listen more and to talk less. Genuinely listening for the primary reason they are seeking care, which is usually deeper than their symptoms at the time.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Move well, eat well, and think well.

What are a few of your personal achievements? Completed 3 Twin Cities Marathons
Summited Mount Whitney- the tallest peak in the Lower 48
